copper electroplating rectifier machine with timer ,panel control
Through EMI anti electromagnetic interference filter, direct rectification, filter wave to make AC power grid, through inverter to convert DC voltage into square wave frequency of tens or hundreds of kHz, then through high-frequency transformer isolation, reduce the voltage, and then through high-frequency filter output DC voltage. After sampling, comparing, amplifying and controlling, driving circuit and power converter control duty cycle of IGBT to obtain stable output voltage (or output current).
Under the working condition, the power loss of the control tube of high frequency switch electroplating rectifier is small, the efficiency can reach 75% - 90%, the volume is small, the weight is light, the precision and ripple coefficient are better than silicon rectifier. The output range can reach the precision required by production. Electroplating rectifier has self-protection ability, can start and stop at will under load. It is easy to connect with computer, which brings great convenience to automatic production, so it has been widely used in PCB electroplating industry.

2 Electric control system
a: The rectifier adopts full bridge phase-shifted soft switch control, ensuring the lowest power loss of IGBT. The capacity of IGBT become 3 times bigger.
b: The main transformer. It adopts amorphous core to increase transformer efficiency and cool transformer, and not only can lighten rectifier weight, but also can strengthen rectifier stability and reliability. At its elementary stage, it adopts series blocking capacitor.
c: Magnetic deviation automatic correction circuit is adopted and the total power of magnetic core gets enlarged 1.5 times.

How to install rectifier
This is installation way for remote control rectifier. Not only this way.
1. To connect copper bar with bath/tank
2. To ensure power supply/rectifier is grounded
3. To ensure there is enough water for water cooling type power supply/rectifier
4. We advice that all rectifiers should be isolated to increase of its life.
The main circuit of the power supply includes the main transformer, the power rectifier assembly and some other testing and protection devices. The main transformer function of the power supply is to reduce the AC current / voltage to the voltage required by the electroplating process. The thyristor rectifier uses a frequency (50Hz / 60Hz) transformer, while the high-frequency switching power supply uses a high-frequency (10-50KHZ) transformer. The detection device includes voltmeter and current transformer. The protection device is mainly used for over-current protection of power supply rectifier elements. The control circuit includes thyristor or IGBT, trigger control circuit, power soft start circuit, over-current, over-voltage protection circuit, power phase protection circuit.
